1. How does sizing work?
All of our garments are made-to-order and created with built-in ease for comfort, modesty, and a flattering silhouette. Our sizes are based on body measurements — not the finished garment — so you’ll notice a relaxed fit. If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend going one size up, or sending us your measurements for a custom fit.

2. What is the turnaround time for orders?
Because each piece is handmade with care, our processing time is 7–10 business days before shipping. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
3. Can I request a custom size or change something in the design?
Yes! We’re happy to accommodate custom sizing or small design changes (like dress length or sleeve adjustments). Just leave your request in the order notes at checkout or email us before placing your order.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size and measurements before ordering. If you receive the wrong item or there’s a defect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it right away.
5. What fabric do you use?
We use high-quality, breathable fabrics, including 100% cotton, linen blends, and modest-friendly textiles. Each product description lists the fabric used. We prioritize durability, comfort, and ease of care.
6. How should I wash my garment?
We recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water, followed by air drying. Avoid bleach or tumble drying to preserve fabric quality and fit — especially for garments with lace or embroidery.
7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within South Africa. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future — stay connected with us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and secure online payments. If you'd like to use a local payment method (like EFT or mobile wallet), please contact us before placing your order.
